Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Pasta
- 3-4 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil melted or light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
Chocolate sauce
- 1.5 oz Dark Chocolate
- 1 teaspoon Coconut Oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, add the cooked pasta, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir to combine and evenly coat the pasta with the mixture.
- Place the coated pasta in one single layer in the air fryer basket and air fry for 10-12 minutes or until crunchy.
- Place in a serving bowl to cool down. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate dipping sauce.
- In a small microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate and coconut oil for 30 seconds, stirring regularly, until fully melted.
- Serve the lukewarm crunchy cinnamon pasta dipped in sauce.
