Line the air fryer basket with a piece of parchment paper that fits your basket.
Use a small sharp knife to halve and pit the peaches.
Place the peach halves next to each other in the prepared basket, flesh facing up.
Use a pastry brush to brush the peach flesh with melted coconut oil.
In a small bowl, stir brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle the mixture evenly on top of the brushed peaches.
In another mixing bowl, stir all the crisp topping ingredients, then sprinkle evenly on top of each peach half. Press the crisp with oiled fingers so it sticks to the top of the peaches and won't fly away in the air fryer.
Air fry peaches at 350°F (180°C) for 9-11 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are soft and juicy.
Serve lukewarm with ice cream, yogurt or a pinch of nutmeg.
Notes
Note 1: Canned peach halves work, but they soften faster in the air fryer. Air fry for around 8-9 minutes.Note 2: Any sweetener works like coconut sugar or maple syrup.Note 3: Any oil or melted plant-based butter works. Note 4: Old-fashioned oats work as a swap, but the topping is a bit loose. Almond flour is a great swap.Note 5: You can also use shredded coconut, any other chopped nuts (walnuts, pecans), or sunflower seeds for a nut-free option.Storage: Store in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container and rewarm in a microwave-safe plate for 1 minute.
